How to place an order
You can choose and add a product to your basket and proceed to checkout where you will be asked to enter your details as well as delivery and billing addresses.
Can I cancel my order?
Once you finalise your order it cannot be cancelled.
Is it necessary to register or create an account for placing orders?
No, you can use “guest checkout”
Delivery options
Free Delivery:
We have a Free Delivery option on online orders to London Post Code W9 and NW8 for orders above £50. The orders will be fulfilled on the Same or Next day depending on availability. For orders below this amount a delivery charge will be applied for these post codes too. Please make sure you enter your mobile number or email address while placing your order so that we can confirm that the delivery is done. (If possible).
Order online and collect in a store
Store collection will be Free of Charge. Please put your order online and proceed to check out. And choose collect in store option. You can collect your orders next working day.
In some occasions your order would be ready for collection on the same day. Please make sure you enter your mobile number or email address while putting the order so that we can confirm same day collection to you by return (If possible).
Standard Delivery:
Standard delivery charge is £10.00 per item(s) upto 5 Kg max weight. Orders received before 12.00 GMT will be dispatched on the same day and will arrive within 3– 7 business days. Please note that due to the Covid 19 our delivery partners experience higher cargo load from time to time and this could cause delays in delivery of your order. Please note that if the receiver is not in and it is not possible to leave the package in a secure area due to the current Covid19 restrictions, then you may have to reschedule for re-delivery as per the delivery partner’s terms and conditions. We accept no liability if the delivery is not made due to the receiver not being available. You can also put special note on the order to deliver to a neighbour if the receiver may not be available to accept the parcel. But this is not guaranteed as some couriers may not read the note!
Please note an extra day is required for deliveries to “the Channel Islands”, “Northern Ireland” and remote parts of the UK such as “the Highlands and Islands”.
Next day / Express Delivery:
All post codes in England and wales: £20 per item(s) upto 5 Kg max weight. Orders received before 12.00 GMT will be dispatched on the same day and will arrive next business Day (Monday to Friday) No deliveries on Saturday or Sundays. Order received at weekend or bank holiday will be processed on next business day. Orders will be received next business day after dispatch or due to Covid 19 it may arrive one day later.
Please note Next Day delivery is not possible for deliveries to “the Channel Islands”, “Northern Ireland” and remote parts of the UK such as “the Highlands and Islands” as an extra day is required for deliveries.
Will the driver call before delivery to arrange a time?
Unfortunately not.
How do I amend or cancel my order?
We will be happy to amend your order or change delivery address if your order has not been processed. However, we dispatch all orders as quick as possible, therefore this option is only possible in some instances. To avoid disappointment, please ensure that the delivery address is correct.
How to track the order?
There are two types of bloom, fatty bloom and sugar bloom. Fatty bloom is a smooth film on the surface of the chocolate which you can’t really feel. Sugar bloom looks and feels like tiny grains of sugar.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking and shipping information.
What If I received different order from what I have placed?
We ensure that orders are dispatched with high accuracy but if you receive an incorrect order then please take a photo of the received order as a proof and email it to us at info@ffccshop.com
Are number of chocolates inside different boxes restricted?
Due to the different sizes, shapes of the boxes and chocolate, we have to limit the number of chocolates for certain selection boxes.
Can I ask to add messages to the order?
Yes, you can add a message to your order. You need to send your message to us via contact us form located at the bottom of our ‘Contact’ page. And we will add your message to your order.
Do you offer any discounts for corporate orders?
Yes, we may offer discount to corporate orders please send us an email specifying your intended order quantity via our online form.
Do you offer discount and/or promotions?
The discounted or promotional products may be available from time to time.
Some discounted products will have limited selection of our chocolates and a shorter expiry date which is usually about 7-10 days on the day of dispatch.
What if the order arrives damaged?
All your orders are thoroughly packed and transit tested to ensure that you receive them in perfect condition. However, if your order arrives damaged, just take photographs to make us aware of the kind of damage and email to support@leonidaschocolates.uk. We guarantee we’ll replace or refund as appropriate. Please note photo proof is a necessary condition to get a refund.
Is it possible to order by phone?
Ordering via our website is faster and easier than ordering by phone. But if this is not possible you can call us to put your order or let us know if there is an issue with your online order. Please note that, telephone responses are subject to staff availability.
